We brought in a used trumpet in a that was given to my son. I have no experience with instruments but my son is learning the trumpet. I just needed an estimate on what it needed for him to start using it. Hannah was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Everyone was willing to help and looked like they were happy to be there. I was worried that I would look stupid with my lack of knowledge and Hannah was so ready to answer any questions! Beautiful store to walk around! They have everything!
My daughter needed a new saxophone for marching band. Gadsden Music Company has different financing ways to make it happen. I was able to pay cash and it was a very reasonable price for a very nice Yamaha. The customer support is extremely helpful.
ABSOLUTELY great place to shop. Outstanding customer service. They will go out of the way to make sure you are happy and have what you need. Being over an hour away, they took the time to make sure what we needed was there by the time we got there from their warehouse.

I called to get a replacement bag for my daughter's middle school percussion set. They had me one located and brought to their store within 24 hours. Also, they showed me some love regarding the price too. Awesome people.

My son's band director recommended this place. Staff was nice, and allowed my son to try out a couple of instruments. However, when I mentioned we wanted to do rent to own, they said they no longer do that. We could essentially only purchase outright or finance. When I asked about discounts, I was told they don't do discounts, but it would be cheaper to just buy the instrument outright. As of today, they still have the rent to own program advertised on their website, along with discounts and advantages of the program, which is the main reason we made the 1.5 hour drive. I also found the exact same instrument for over $200 cheaper somewhere else. People seem nice, but this was really disappointing. Please don't advertise if you can't offer it.
Great company! When buying an instrument for your kid, they listen to his goals and needs and make suggestions accordingly. They have reasonable prices and don’t hassle you with up-sale pitches. They are friendly and caring. They let my son try several different brands of trumpets and mouth pieces before purchasing. They give great trade in credit and offer financing. Their caliber of service and professionalism is top notch! I highly recommend giving them your business.
